# Gigazap

> Gigazap builds the software a business actually runs on — CRMs, internal tools, and the AI agents wired into them. Millions of small operations (quotes, schedules, invoices, follow-ups, dispatches, reminders) built to move as one system.

## What Gigazap Does

Gigazap takes the messy, bespoke processes inside a real company and turns them into working software:

1. **CRM** — contacts, pipeline, tasks, automations, reporting, role-based access, and the integrations a team already uses (email, calendar, accounting, Slack/Teams, ERP). Built around how the company actually works, not around a vendor's defaults.
2. **Custom AI Agents** — purpose-built agent fleets wired into existing systems: support triage, ledger reconciliation, order routing, document extraction, sales automation, and custom escalation logic.
3. **App Builder** — building any kind of app from modules, with AI. Not open yet; no date is published.
