Gigazap builds and customises business software and AI agents. Most of the work sits where other teams would rather not go: the integrations, the data migration, the old process everyone is nervous about changing.
How we work
We start with how the work moves today
Before any code, we map each handoff, each colour-coded cell, each email thread that is quietly acting as a database. That map becomes the spec.
We plan in weeks
A small build runs roughly like this: data model and skeleton, then the core workflow, then integrations, then migration, testing and go-live, about a week each. Bigger systems take longer, and the written scope says how long before you commit.
You own all of it
The code, the database and the agent logic are yours. Nothing depends on a proprietary platform or a retainer, so any developer can pick it up and extend it.
What we won’t do
Sell you a slide deck
You see working software early, running on your own data, and you use it before you sign off.
Lock you in
Nothing we build needs a Gigazap subscription to run. It uses a standard stack, open protocols and documented APIs, and it keeps running if you stop working with us.
Ship what we can’t explain
If we can’t say what a system does and why it made a decision, it doesn’t go live. You get the reasoning along with the output.
Sell maintenance you don’t need
When the build is done you get a handover call, the documentation and a number to call if something breaks. A support contract only if the system genuinely needs one.
